We use wood and charcoal only, to give you that real deep wood-smoke BBQ flavor.  We are dedicated to serving you the best of the best from Pitmasters Jim, Andy and Jerry Roberts.

We raise our pigs in humane conditions with the fresh air and sunshine.  They are not confined in a building with only artificial light and crowded together head to tail.  We feed no antibiotics and no growth promoting hormones.

Free-range pigs are happy pigs. This produces a pig that's always fresh and bursting with flavor.   It just doesn't get any better than that.  We are a family owned and operated company, bringing you a pig roast that is excelled by no other.  It is your party, so you host and we roast.
