  • Additional Products and Services for Your Events

    Besides roasting the whole pig, we also offer at an additional price such items as beef brisket, pans of pulled pork, turkey breasts, hot dogs, and limited side dishes (email for complete menu). 

  • Pulled Pork

    For those who don't need to see the whole pig, we offer pans of pulled pork using pork shoulders or Boston Butt cuts. 

  • Beef Brisket

    Beef Brisket is a very popular item and well-received by many.  We take great care in smoking our meat to bring you that deep wood-smoke flavour and maintaining the juiciness that sets it apart from the competition.

  • Turkey Breast

    As a great addition to your beef brisket, pulled pork, or whole pig, nothing says turkey breast like our deep wood-smoked turkey breasts.  If you provide us with the turkey breasts - maximum three with weight limit 15 lbs. each - we will smoke them at no additional cost to you.
